School Leaver Employment Services

We recognise that finishing education and going on to work or pursue additional training can be significant life changes. We can assist you in acquiring the skills necessary to make the move from school to the workforce if you are in Year 12 or older and qualified for the NDIS.  

Our SLES services are designed to assist you in finding, landing, and maintaining a job!

Our Focus Care consultants will help you choose the supports that best suit your needs and create an individualised program, so you achieve your goals.



Focus Care SLES program can support you with:

Gaining practical skills through work experience and on-the-job training will help you land your ideal job or launch your desired career!
Develop life skills such as budgeting and travel training.
Develop life skills such as budgeting and travel training.
Develop soft skills like communication, self-advocacy, and teamwork to help you build professional relationships at work.
Industry tasters and vocational training will help you match with the ideal job.
Flexible delivery will allow you to receive SLES in a group setting, one-on-one with a Focus Care consultant, or a combination of both!
